30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase! Each unique item is hand-painted with care and artistry, making every piece unique. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following terms:
Return Window:
You may return your hand-painted item within 30 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items:
Due to the delicate, hand-painted nature of many of our items, returns will only be accepted for items in their original, undamaged condition. While each hand painted item has a protective clear coat applied, the paint may remain sensitive to scratches, chips, and other forms of damage.
Items that show signs of paint damage, wear, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate packaging to ensure the item arrives safely and undamaged.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your hand painted items refund to cover inspection and handling
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Carefully repackage the butterfly in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
